Answer: Kama'aina Hawaii.com, LLC and Hawaii Island Brands.com its merchant sellers do not store your credit card information. We use Paypal for secure online payment and you are directed to Paypal on checkout to complete your transaction securely.

  • Question: Why do I receive more than one invoice after making payment?

Answer: When you transact purchases from different sellers you will make one payment for all purchases at checkout, but will receive an invoice for each store transaction. If you have an issue later this allows you to contact each seller direct.

  • Question: Why do I see a commission amount when paying with Paypal? 

Answer: Hawaii Island Brands levies a seller commission on successful transactions, this amount is already included in the items price and is not an extra charge to you the Buyer. Your invoice will reflect commission payment made to Kama'aina Hawaii.com, LLC.

  • Question: What do I do if I need a refund or an exchange?

Answer: You need to contact the seller direct to initiate a refund or an exchange. *See seller contact details on your invoice.

  • Question: I'm having a merchant dispute can you help?

Answer: Contact us via email and we will assist in your merchant dispute.

  • Question: Does Hawaii Island Brands sell or ship my products?

Answer: Kama'aina Hawaii.com, LLC provides the online platform Hawaii Island Brands to merchants to market and sell. We do not warehouse, sell or ship any products. If you have an issue please contact the seller direct.
