We do not sell, ship, warehouse and/or provide retail services. Hawaii Island Brands.com is an online asset of Kama’aina Hawaii.com, LLC.

Merchants on Hawaii Island Brands are the sellers and issuers who are solely responsible to you the ("Buyer") for the care and quality of the goods and services they sell/provide, and for expediting delivery, including refunds, returns and exchanges of all purchases made on the Hawaii Island Brands site - you will need to contact the seller direct to resolve any issues you may experience.

Your Shipment

After payment verification Sellers normally process, pack and ship all in-stock orders within two days of receipt.

For event bookings you will receive an email .pdf invoice and/or additional event information - contact Seller to confirm your booking or if you have any questions.

Sellers will provide you with:

  • a selection of shipping options on checkout
  • email notification when your package is shipped
  • a 24/7 link to track your package
  • orders shipped to and within the State of Hawaii will incur a GET on the product charged by the merchant

U.S. Mail Shipments

U.S. Standard Mail Service:

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

U.S. Expedited Mail Service:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
  • Suggested shipping method for orders containing chocolate - Note: Orders containing chocolates are shipped out Monday - Wednesday only for same week delivery.
  • Expedited service will not deliver to a P.O. Box address.
  • *Additional ship charges may apply to heavy, over sized or bulk orders and to remote locations in Alaska and U.S. Territories.

All International Shipments: Japan, Canada or other Countries

Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country which are recipient's responsibility. Rix Island Wear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information.

Sample Limits for International Orders on Specific Items are as follows:

  • Coffee: 40 Bags per order on all varieties
  • Chocolates: 24 boxes of chocolates per order on all types
  • Macadamia Nuts: 18 cans of any size per order on all types
  • Cosmetics: 24 bottles or boxes of one type per order
